If you are looking for a gourmet, earthy, sophisticated, yet simple appetizer to surprise your guests consider putting these splendid bites on your list.
Incredible depths of flavors, unusual sweet and savory ingredients, add contrast and combine here introducing the magic word of truffles.
Black Summer truffles oils and salt offer a milder taste for everybody likes  and  are available in gourmet grocery stores. Just fantastic !

Ingredients: Serves 25 or more

  • 2 packages of Table Water Crackers thin and crispy
  • 1 small bottle Black truffle  oil
  • 1 fig jam jar or apricot, raspberry jam
  • 2 packages of good quality Provolone slices
  • Truffle salt sprinkles

How you make it :

Spread a thin layer of fig jam on each cracker, cut provolone cheese slices in squares or triangles enough to cover the crackers on top.

Add 1 or 2 drops, not much more, of a good quality black truffles olive oil, sprinkle with truffle salt … and Serve!!! so easy..

Note :Truffle oils and salts really last a long time. They are generally used in pasta risotto, eggs, steaks and much more, just only few drops or sprinkles are enough to add a great deep earthy taste to your dishes.
