Super Fresh and delicious…
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 20 fresh mint leaves, teared, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup Rum, ore more to taste
- 2 cups ice
- club soda ( about 1/4 to 1/2 cup to fill the glasses) or sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon Angustura
- 1 tablespoon Chambord framboise liqueur (optional)
In a bowl mix well lime juice, sugar and mint leaves . In a cocktail shaker add 2 cups of ice, pour in the mint lime mixture, shake well to cool it. Serve in 2 tall glasses without straining it. Add sparkling water or club soda for bubbles and 1 teaspoon per glass Angustura, if you like it.
For a more delicate sweeter taste, after adding the sparkling water you could add just 1 teaspoon framboise liqueur.
Serve cold in the garden!!!
